Returns & Exchanges
Full price merchandise with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a refund.
We only offer exchange on all SALE items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Return shipping is payable by the customer (except in the case of faulty goods) and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from you post office by using Australia Post Express Satchel (or similar tracked satchel), as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
Refunds will be automatically refunded to the service via which you have purchased.
Faulty items must be returned before a refund is processed.
